I am a hardworking and goal driven Engineer. I have been able to develop communication, teamwork, and use of software skills during my previous internship and course of study. A proven track record in providing essential and valuable quality assurance support and training to end users whilst working closely and collaboratively with the internal team to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and efficiently.

• Providing first line support to students and staffs across a range of IT systems, software packages and items of hardware, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, wireless networking, account administration, University Portal, Moodle and Turnitin.
• Handling technical and non-technical requests made to the IT Service Desk by telephone, live chat, and face-to-face interaction.
• Rendering support to users remotely using relevant university technologies.
