I am a hard working character who is very motivated to get the job done. I am confident and love talking to different customers that come in and helping them with whatever they need. I'm a fast learner and can take in good pieces of information easily and then carry it out in my own work.

I complete everything to a high standard, such as making sure that customers are warm, happy and everything they need is sorted for them. I know that even the smallest of gestures can go a long way such as showing a customer where something is, a smile and just general help around. I am knowledgeable and know that everything needs to be done for the job to be complete and that working as a team is the only way to do so.

I put in 100% effort and nothing less, no matter what job I am carrying out. I am always thrilled to help others and give them the best possible advice which will lead to not only me bettering myself but bettering others too.

Kids Host - TUI - Greece

Since working for TUI, I have been given the opportunity to work abroad in Greece and work with people from all over the globe. My key roles have been caring for children and creating a healthy environment for them to enjoy on their holiday. During my time in the role of a kids host, I have been completing my supervisor training in which I have guided my team to success in our hotel destination.

Weekend Sales Assistant - Choice Discount Store

I joined the team as a weekend sales assistant and I fit in straight away. I got straight to work and I was given many compliments on multiple occasions for my confidence, care and presentation. On two occasions I received employee of the month and of the week in the space of a few months. In my time of working here, I have trained up multiple staff members successfully and have received full compliments on doing so.

Volunteer - Greenland Grove Animal Sanctuary - St Osyth

Ever since I was 13, I have been a part of animal's lives. I have volunteered at an animal sanctuary for around 3 years now and have always loved it. Animals are my passion and I thoroughly believe every animal has a story to tell. I mainly work with horses whilst I am there, but often find the time to care for the smaller rodents such as rabbits and guinea pigs. This animal sanctuary has been a huge part of my life and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Waitress - Dukes Bistro - St Osyth

Received my first job in a restaurant in Saint Osyth (Dukes Bistro) in which I was a waitress (taking customer orders, processing them and serving them) and also worked in the desserts section. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience and have made many new friends and it has opened up many new doors for me. This job has helped me with my character building as it helped me to become a lot more comfortable with myself. Due to the business being sold, I am looking for a new position.

I run the room alongside having the responsibility of providing key children with the learning they need to reach their next steps. I guide and train new to role team members along their way to success.

Work Placement - Childcare Level 3 Student - Cann Hall Primary School - Clacton-on-Sea

I am currently studying Childcare Level 3 and successfully applied for a work placement role at Cann Hall Primary School. I have been a huge addition to the classroom and have had many different opportunities to be able to connect with the children in the classroom. I have adapted to their timetable and have learnt so many new things in my whole new experience.

I have remained professional and confidential at all times and have discovered my passion for working with children. Due to my hard work and dedication to keeping up with my college coursework, I have completed 2 years worth of coursework in 3 months to an A* standard in every single assignment - this means I am now able to contribute more hours to my work placement in the primary school.
