Having worked with customers and guests in both my volunteering position and my most recent employment has given me experience in assisting with specialised requests and problem solving in situations where we could not completely accommodate or satisfy customers. Being directly involved with customers has also helped me develop great communication skills and being part of a large group of staff and having to work together has provided me with amazing team working skills and a social and enthusiastic attitude in a work environment.
