Commercial Approach 

• Develop strong trustworthy commercial relationships with clients and in turn secure ongoing business. I am the company champion and client owner, understanding their brand and culture. To inspire, consult and partner them with their objectives and to be the ‘go to’ person for any concerns.
• Always scanning the commercial landscape and seeking out new business opportunities; proven record of winning new business, winning back dormant accounts and retaining & growing existing business.
• Strong at project scoping, pre-qualifying briefs and assessing the value. [Brief x expectation – Input x Time = Value]
• Effective at liaising and consulting at board level and with government ministers and VIP’s.
• Strategic planning of account plans and company / department direction.
• Proficient in strategizing and documenting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.

Creativity

Production

• Receive and interpret client’s brief, research into the feasibility for the planned production.
• Project planning for integrated solutions, live, video, digital, design and print projects.
• Team direction and management – control internal staff and freelance / contract personnel.
• Drive internal teams and staff while keeping control of feasibility, logistics, finances and forecasting outcome.
• Prepared pitch documentation and visuals and present ideas for the suggested solution.
• Advise clients and internal teams on technical requirements. 
• Ensure quality, safety, consistency and compliancy of project.
• Provide consultancy & manage development for digital communication, identify user demographics, suitable platform, user experience, integration with social media, SEO, management of paid promotion (PPC & CPC).
