Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Data Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with 18+ years working on both a contract and permanent basis across major domains including Insurance, Financial Services and Banking.
With a strong academic background, I have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, and as an advocate for continuous improvement, I have gained a wealth of additional skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and development opportunities. I have also completed a number of certifications to support my career growth including AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Computing, Microsoft Dynamics AX and DevOps.
After graduating from university in India, I worked in software and IT development in South Africa, before relocating to the UK in 2016 to become a BI Consultant. Since then, I have worked as a Data Operations and BI Manager, and BI Consultant leading complex technology programmes and projects. I leverage a strong database and BI technical skill set with extensive knowledge across a range of development languages, packages and testing tools to deliver impactful solutions.
With a forensic analytical approach, I utilise data to impact strategic decision making, influencing key stakeholders through data informed recommendations. I work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business drivers and requirements, I translate these into technical specifications, development pathways and project scopes. I take ownership of project lifecycles including SDLC, and lead multi-functional teams to deliver business critical solutions.
Whilst I have held leadership positions since moving to the UK, I have maintained a hands-on approach to continually develop my own technical skillset and stay ahead of technological advancements and innovation. I have strong Power BI expertise, alongside a comprehensive list of technical skills and knowledge as detailed on the enclosed CV.
