I am a very family focused man and enjoy activities and spending time with my family. I have a passion for board games and modelling, both of these hobbies have given me a lot of skills including time management, problem solving, attention to detail and asset management as well as making it a fun family activity. I strive to ensure that any job taken is assessed methodically and streamlined where possible. I have always been a big fan of the motto “work smarter not harder” which has led me to success in a leadership role and other roles of responsibility.
I have always had great customer service skills and in all my customer facing roles and have developed a great rapport and ultimately better business relations with those customers.
In my last position, I took a struggling store and made it the lead income of the business by generating new business, reducing stock loss and building on the customer base that we originally had.
