I am a PhD qualified materials engineer with 9 years of experience from the automotive and aluminium industries having worked for Honda, BMW, Pyrotek and Red Bull Powertrains (F1).
I am skilled in metallography, electron microscopy (SEM, EDS, EBSD), XRD, light microscopy, failure/defect investigation. I have knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, sheet metal forming, billets, forging, welding and I am familiar with some refractory ceramics (oxide/non-oxide).
