Senior engineering leader with 31+ years' experience in the design, assurance and management of high-voltage distribution, traction power, signalling power, earthing & bonding, EMC/EMI compliance and multidisciplinary rail systems. Recognised industry expert in earthing & bonding and stray current control. Led and grown major engineering teams (up to 130 staff) across the UK, Europe, India and Australia, establishing global design centres and delivering complex rail systems for metro, light rail, heavy rail, depots and high-speed rail.
