I am a customer focused individual with excellent oral and written skills, always fully focused on customer needs and will always go that extra mile to give the best service. I am a valuable team member who is hardworking and always strives to achieve the best in everything that I do. I am eager to learn new things and take on new responsibilities.

During my time with Royal Mail, I have previously covered as a Deputy Manager, and I did this to a high standard, ensuring I supported Management Staff and my colleagues in all areas to provide a great service for our customers. I am an excellent communicator and find it easy to ensure all staff are compliant with Health and Safety at work and giving a great service to all. I have 26 years' experience working within the Royal Mail.

I can work efficiently on my own and within a team and can lead others and give support when needed. My role is dealing with the public and I can do so naturally and comfortably. I am adaptable and flexible.

As part of my role, I have relocated to other offices when required and can assist my management team in daily running of a busy office. Recently I have been involved in organising agency staff for the new LAT packet deliveries on a Sunday, this has involved me welcoming and training of new staff, including inductions with video input, oversee the Sunday with opening and closing of the building, arranging and delivery of all packages. Currently I have also been training new Royal Mail staff who have taken over from agency staff.

I am a pro-active and detail-oriented delivery driver with years of experience navigating the streets of West Lothian. I am eager to continue my career with Royal Mail in ensuring timely and safe parcel deliveries, contributing to superior customer satisfaction. I also have a clean driving licence and hold a Digital Tachograph Card.

I have experience of driving a range of vehicles.

My main job is working within Bathgate Delivery Office, I am employed as a Fulltime OPG.

• Receiving mail into the Delivery Office.
• Organising and segregating mail into correct areas.
• Prep mail into individual duty frames as instructed.
• Sort parcels into duties.
• Organise door to door mail.
• Delivering mail and parcels to general public and businesses.
• Work within the Customer Service Point.
• Daily collections as required by the business.
