Have 9 years in the care industry (ambulance driver) worked with disabled people for far longer , pry to getting into care I ran building installations across the country with crews of upto 50men on site and all logistics needed.

PMVA trained, de-escalation trained, mental health trained, first aid & first on scene trained as well as dementia and bariatric trained also a full clean license
