I'm a seasoned Workday Architect and Technical Delivery Lead with over 14 years of end-to-end experience spanning pre-sales, bid management, solution design and delivery. I'm certified in Workday HCM, Integrations, Workday Studio and Core Connector for Third-Party Payroll, with deep practitioner expertise across the full Workday integration and extensibility toolset.

I bring a strong commercial edge to technical pursuits — translating complex integration landscapes into compelling, client-ready narratives, SOW scope definitions and architectural blueprints. Across more than 14 years in the Workday ecosystem, I have delivered end-to-end across the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and bid leadership through solution design, integration build and delivery management.

Lead (2019–present), I serve as senior technical authority across concurrent enterprise engagements spanning HCM transformation, integration architecture, Workday Extend, Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning.

As Senior

Manager of a technical practice (2014–2019), I led post go-live support, SaaS roadmap advisory and a multi-disciplinary team of around 40 professionals. And as Senior Delivery Consultant (2010–2014), I built HCM and integration implementations across EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and document transformation. I complement this with hands-on application of LLM and agentic AI tooling to Workday integration and HR service delivery, having delivered programmes across legal, financial services, life sciences, retail, banking and technology sectors.
