I am an active team player with a wealth of practical and transferable skills. I possess a natural flair for customer service and I am able to work well under pressure and deal with challenging behaviour calmly and effectively. I have a very good understanding of retail operations, and have experience with working in a supermarket setting, and have the ability to operate till systems and manage stock.
I have previous experience and a passion for working with vulnerable adults recovering from alcohol and substance abuse. My variety of experiences show I am a highly adaptable individual. I am fully IT Literate with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within given time frame.

Meetings ranged from AA-style meetings where service users shared stories and feelings and supported one another as well as a Arts & Crafts groups where individuals could express their thoughts and feelings creatively, giving them a healthy outlet. Gave 121 support to service users who were contemplating or had relapsed.
