I have a clean driving licence and also hold a clean HGV class 2 driving licence. I have worked as a HGV lorry driver/ sales adviser for many years prior to becoming a self-employed taxi driver. Most recently moving into postal distribution working for Royal Mail. I am a very capable and punctual individual who takes their work seriously. I am reliable and hard working. I am willing to work flexibly and additional hours when required.

Working as a postman my main duties include: sorting postal items, preparing journey routes and delivering parcels. As a driver, I also conduct vehicle checks, pick up mail from post boxes, post offices and businesses and deal with wrongly addressed or returned mail. Using my previous knowledge of the local area I volunteered to be an unassigned worker, rather than having the same route each day I cover any route required.
