Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief.
Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures.
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.

Provide first line support for all enquiries from candidates
Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation including arranging on-line testing if required
Member of a new diversity initiative launched by the company; helped design leaflets for CIPD event, contributing to meetings, and aid in organising first workshop for event.
Helped the company’s tech subsidiary in various ways to deliver their pitch deck for which they have just received funding and becoming the first line of contact for using the software.
Responsible for presenting our tech software to clients and offering any help required during their onboarding process
