I worked at the Royal Liverpool golf club and provided the members with a professional yet friendly experience by maintaining formal attitudes. My role included serving food up to silver service level, bar work and serving drinks to customers and basic waiting on services, including order of service and silver service. This role has taught me a lot in terms of how to properly approach customers in a polite, proper manner.
My role also included remembering members names to make the club feel more welcoming. I recently worked The Open and Amateur Championships in the clubhouse which was fast paced but enjoyable as i learnt a lot about how this industry is managed as i was given the opportunity to manage a series of tables, ensuring they were comfortable and happy.

i worked at the dee view in heswall from august and i used it as great experience to learn how to communicate and build connections with customers. i was able to deliver a positive atmosphere to customers to make sure they had the best experience possible. i then became head waitress and was in charge of a team of runners and waiting on staff which taught me a lot about leadership roles and i was able to assist and guide them on anything they needed. i was also able to work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic offering a safe and comfortable environment for customers through the challenges that many of us have faced
