I am a Passionate Counter Manager for Prada Beauty. I was initially promoted from Armani Beauty after successfully launching the brand into Boots after its initial launch into the company. I have worked in the industry for 2 years and have grown my skill set within beauty.

Management of a team, as well as being a solo account manager for Armani.
Individual target management aswell as overall counter performance adhering to KPIs.
Rota planning, stock organisation and general daily/monthly paperwork.
Event planning from on counter events to larger scale events including beauty treatments and product launch events.
Makeup and skincare services for the brand including storytelling about the products and brand heritage.
Involvement in all necessary training of the brands.
Organisational skills for new product launches and ensuring the Launches are successful.
I also have a VTCT in media makeup for film and a TV, where I learnt from basic makeup application, wedding makeup through to SFX makeup.
My previous employment before Beauty was Deputy Manager at Wetherspoons for over 10 years where I was promoted from a bar associate to the Deputy over a 6 year span of my career.
