- Solely responsible for the property portfolio in both the UK and US, including property search and negotiations. These offices were based in Hampshire, UK and Atlanta, US
- Designed and implemented the companies agile working practices including relocation to a Serviced Office
- Full responsibility for discovery, negotiations, design and relocation to new agile workplace
- Successfully exited all UK offices within 3 months, including disposal and storage of furniture and equipment, move of IT infrastructure to Co-Lo data centre and negotiated short term office solution
- Built strong stakeholder and contractor relationships whilst working fully remotely, during a lockdown to understand and achieve business strategy goals

- Project managed a £250,000 electrical infrastructure updated within our live Data Centre in Slough alongside partner Keysource. This included installing a new EC fans for Denco CRAC units in the data centre to improve efficiency and environmental impact. Managing security specifications including PCI-DSS
- Project managed the complete relocation of a recently acquired company in Cardiff including the search, legal negotiations, full fit out and comms installation (office size 4,500 sq ft – 30 staff)
