An experienced IT Project Manager (Infratstructure, full MS stack, Networks, Telecomms) with extensive experience in developing and implementing leading Infrastructure projects and New Innovation’s in fast moving, often sensitive environments, including corporate, B2B – B2C, E2E, Public Sector, NHS, local and strategic government environments. Responsible for delivering complex technical projects and providing technical delivery support of business change initiatives as a sometimes absent Service Delivery Manager. My role sets project plans and manages day-to-day delivery to time cost and quality: reports on project progress; acts as the first point of contact for any project issues and is responsible for their timely resolution.
Responsible for delivering complex technical projects and providing technical delivery support of business change initiatives in Infrastructure delivery my accountabilities included Project Set Up, Delivery and Closure and working with the Stakeholders to define and agree project benefits; confirming that outputs and outcomes will support their realization. Also, to deliver appropriate project governance to effectively control projects and workstreams whilst exercising optimal control at the project level.
I have managed large & complex projects in the following areas: Public & Private sectors comprising of B2B, B2C, NHS, Blue Light, MOD, MOJ, Local & Strategic government. I have also work with the Finance sector in Business of Insurance, Finance (Credit & Loans), Banking (Private & Business)
