George Ballard

my name is George Ballard I’m a very keen cook and am eager to learn more within the culinary world. Within my free time I enjoy fashion and jewlery and working out. I enjoyed playing hockey for many years and have shown commitment to a teem. in my spare time I enjoy seeing my friends and having a good time .

Throughout the majority of my working life it has been within a pub as a waiter since 14 during which time I learnt a lot and progressed from a KP to front of house and bar work. I have in 3 different pubs of the last four years taking a breif apprenticeship within the construction industry but found It wasn’t for me, I am now trying to re ignight some of the passion I had for cooking within this job role.

My most important peice of education was two years ago at strode college Where I studied sport and public services , due to this only being a one year course I then went on to the maintance sector but as mentioned previously I found it wasn’t for me and am now looking to further my education within this company
