George Goulding

I am 21 years of age, I am currently finishing a degree in sociology and criminology, but been in call centre in a taxi office for 5 years, I have 5 years experience in customer service. Also, in my spare time I play crown green bowls.

I have 5 years in customer service in a taxi office at Beb taxis LTD which has recently been taken over by Alpha Taxis, Which I started in 2017, Answering calls, dealing with customer requests, problem solving with complaints, dealing with lost property.

I studied at neston high school where I achieved my gsce grades, with a 4 in English language, a merit in business BTEC, C in sociology, Merit in PE BTEC, a 2 in mathematics, I then stayed on at neston sixth form and got a pass in Business CTEC, and D in sociology A level, then finally went on to Liverpool hope university to study sociology and criminology degree which I am awaiting Result.
