Keyword analysis specific to ski airport transfers, creating new key phrases, relevant headers and titles.
Researching new and interesting content, including ski resort facts and useful information for the B2C customers to encourage them to book.
Uploading maps to help customers understand their journey distance and transfer times.
Updating or writing new code and SEO Meta.
My objectives were;
To create content to be informative and provide an excellent customer experience to increase conversion rates.
To improve SEO rankings on google of each resort page, monitoring their rankings and continually adjusting the content to improve them.

My role included;
Dealing with Travel Agents and customers directly with their airport transfer queries, requests and new booking quotes over email or by phone.
Cover for emergency 24 hour calls on rota-basis where I was solely responsible for dealing with emergency and urgent customer issues. Dealing directly with transfer operators to ensure customer needs were met. Chasing suppliers for pick up times and allocate late bookings.
Yielding shared transfer vehicles to ensure maximum load factors and higher margins for the business.Registering travel agents on the B2B database.
My last education was A-Level.
