I have been working in a laboratory for 2 and a half years. Being in the role I have learned many skills that i will take with me to other aspects of my life and work. Before that I have helped and encouraged several crew to become fully trained/fully flex when working as a crew trainer at mcdonalds.
I had also helped to reach KPI's in the store such as waste management and customer satisfaction, by insuring product levels are correct and by keeping a hugh standard cleaniness. I consider myself to be reliable and responsible, I am always looking for ways to improve myself and my work environment to benefit everyone around me.
