Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's (2021-01 – 2025-01)
Provided a consistency high level of customer service and effectively dealt with enquiries and complaints. Carried our cashier duties, serving customers and processed cash and card payments. Dealt with issuing refunds and exchanges. Collected trolleys and returned them to front of store and picked up litter outside the store. Covered late nights, weekends, Bank Holidays and staff absence when necessary.
