About

Graduating from the University of Winchester with a 2:1 in Digital Media Design gave me a foundation across design, marketing, photography, videography and business thinking, but my proudest achievement came after university when I built my own freelance work from scratch. During university I worked with two real clients, both of whom were actively looking for creative support. After graduating, every freelance opportunity came from me researching businesses, making phone calls, sending emails, posting my work on social media or walking into businesses and introducing myself in person.

Every client expanded my portfolio, improved how I communicated with businesses and taught me how to approach the next opportunity with more confidence and knowledge. That progression took me from local county businesses, to national work, and eventually to an international project through Gilbro Business Support for the Corsair Group. For me, creativity and communication go hand in hand.

I enjoy listening to people, understanding what they need and finding creative, realistic solutions that work for them. Building trust and genuine rapport is a big part of how I work, because when a client feels comfortable, relaxed and in the right hands, they're far more likely to open up without fear of judgement. That leads to stronger conversations, clearer solutions and a better overall experience, creating relationships that encourage clients to return and confidently recommend me to others.

I'm naturally curious, which makes me a fast and proactive learner. I enjoy understanding every industry I work in so I can give clients the right advice, present different options and turn a client's initial idea into something better than they first considered. I have a genuine passion for working with people, consultations, analysing problems and finding solutions.

Any role that gives me that level of engagement motivates me to keep learning every day, both in and out of work, so I can become a valuable asset to the company.
