Recruited to take on a very challenging pharmacy in Weston-Super-Mare where a new 100 hour contract pharmacy had opened across the road. In 2009 the branch was averaging 4000-4500 items per month. Within 4 years the branch was achieving 7000 items a month and in P12 of 2013 achieved 7800 items and an overall profit of 14%, finishing first in the area.
By end of 2013, 4 new pharmacies opened within 5 mile radius but branch surpassed both OTC and prescription expectations. Branch was first to complete 400 MUR target and top branch for NMS. By end of 2015, took on 4 nursing homes bringing more prescriptions and challenges.
Resigned when Bestway bought Co-Operative pharmacies due to extreme company ideology and infrastructure changes.

In March 2018 moved to Kent to be closer to family and took pharmacist role in West Malling for 6 months covering colleague on maternity leave.
In October 2018 became pharmacist of Albion Place in Maidstone, a 2-year-old branch within a GP practice. Branch currently 20% up on prescriptions year on year with obvious growth potential. Excellent rapport with GP practice allowing for quick resolution of issues and very good relationships with patients with strong customer satisfaction questionnaires.
