George Ussher

My name is George Ussher and I have recently graduated from the School of Code web-development program. I studied and gained a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Aston University but decided to change direction and join a coding bootcamp after teaching myself the basics of Python in my spare time and thoroughly enjoying it. I would consider myself to be a full-stack developer with a slight strength bias towards the front-end.

I am looking for my first role, joining a tight-knit team with plenty of opportunities to solve problems and learn in the Bristol area, where I will soon be moving.

Completed the School of Code program: attended online classes 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and worked in Agile teams on multiple projects over the course of 16 weeks. The course covered the current standards and technologies of full-stack web-development with an emphasis on project management, effective teamwork and presentation skills.
