I have worked as a RGN - mostly in the night shift, 4- 5 nights per week, 12 hours per shift. During my shift, I took the handover, established the priorities with my staff. I administered medication in accordance with MAR Chart, supervised and monitored the residents, set up and supervised the syringe drivers or subcutaneous fluids, took samples, filled the residents files.

Also, once every month, it was my duty to receive the new medication and to record it plus to dispose of the old medication. I also took care of all other duties or emergencies that took place during my shifts.
