I am a dedicated and compassionate individual, I have spent the last two years at university studying Adult Nursing, during which I gained valuable experience across various hospital departments and community settings. I have developed a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and clinical skills while working alongside healthcare professionals in diverse environments. In addition to my healthcare training, I have held customer-facing roles at Marks & Spencer and McDonald's, where I honed my ability to work efficiently under pressure, deliver excellent service, and adapt to fast-paced settings.

At Marks & Spencer, I worked in the Womenswear department, assisting customers with product choices and maintaining a well-presented shop floor. As a Customer Assistant in the Womenswear department at Marks & Spencer, my role involved providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a well-presented and organised sales floor. I supported customers with fitting room enquiries, stock availability, and styling advice, ensuring a positive shopping experience. I was also responsible for replenishing stock, processing transactions at the till, and working as part of a team to meet sales targets.

As a Crew Member at McDonald's, I worked in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, performing a variety of tasks including preparing food, taking orders, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
