About

I am a driven and passionate individual; I have excellent time keeping skills and a bubbly personality.

My main field of skill, interest and knowledge is the tourism industry and all that it encapsulates.

During my studies (level 3 tourism, hospitality and Events), I have gained expansive knowledge of the industry with a proven track record of jobs I have done, which also include the retail environment. The industry is tough especially in this current economic climate and I feel that customer service forms the basis to any successful company no matter its size. I have excellent customer service skills and the customer experience is very important to me.
