I’m an experienced people leader with a strong background in coaching, onboarding, and developing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. I’ve led large teams and built structures that help people grow in confidence, develop new skills, and progress in their careers.
Much of my experience has been with individuals at the start of their professional journey, supporting them through onboarding, training, and career development - often during periods of significant organisational change. Helping early-career talent build confidence and thrive has become the part of my work I value most.
I’m now looking to move into an early careers role, whether in recruitment or programme delivery, where I can use my leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management experience to create supportive, inclusive, and engaging experiences for people at the beginning of their careers.
