I have 6 years' experience in customer service roles. As a front of desk receptionist and tanning consultant. I am the person people see when they are greeted on arrival. I have extensive experience in operating and maintaining sunbed equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
One of my key responsibilities as the on-shift manager of the shop is efficiently managing and utilising the computer system. I use the computer system to perform daily operations and scheduling to ensure a flow of customers throughout the day. I have in depth knowledge of various tanning products, including lotions and accelerators and have the ability to assist clients in selecting the appropriate products based on their tanning goals and skin type.
I make customers clear on safe tanning practices. I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. At the end of each shift, I am experienced in effectively closing the shop at the end of the day.
