Volunteer at Willen Hospice Charity Shop

• Volunteered at Willen Hospice Charity shop for 3 months where I organised and priced stock including clothing and miscellaneous items
• Learn about the process of the clothes being brought in and then sold
• Supporting customers and developed confidence in a retail environment
• Worked as part of a team while also completing tasks independently
• Developed organisational skills and an understanding of stock handling and the journey of donated items from receipt to sale.
