I am a hard-working and motivated person who always strives to perform to the best of my ability. Currently, I am studying Travel and Tourism Level 3 at college, where I continue to develop my leadership, creativity, organisation skills and IT skills, as well as gain a variety of industry knowledge. I am committed to achieving high standards in all that I do.

Experience

Soft Play Worker at Tamar Donkey Park (2023-01 – 2023-03)

I worked at Tamar Donkey Park from January to March 2023, where I assisted in the soft play area and cafe. My responsibilities included preparing and serving hot drinks, providing customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in both the soft play area and cafe.

Bar Assistant at Morwhellam Quay (2023-10 – 2024-02)

I worked at Morwhellam Quay for a year until the end of 2024, gaining experience in both the Ship Inn pub. I provided excellent customer service and helped with serving food, drinks and cleaning the pub. I made sure customers had an excellent experience and meet their expectations.

Cafe and Reception Worker at Adrenaline Quarry (2024-06 – 2024-08)

At the beginning of July, I worked at Adrenaline Quarry in the reception and cafe. Whilst I was there, I took people's bookings and checked them in for different activities. I made and served hot drinks and hot food to a high standard. I left at the end of August due to it being seasonal work.

Customer Service Assistant at Morwhellam Quay (2025-09 – Present)

I currently work at Morwhellam Quay in the soft play and cafe area. Whilst I am there, I take phone calls, plan birthday parties, make food, make hot and cold drinks and regularly clean.
