I am in the current position of Hospitality Manager with over 13 years of experience in this sector. I am skilled in leading teams, running a fast paced high volume customer based restaurant. Also included within my role was pricing all stock, checking and filing invoices, managing all budgets, managing the sales analysis data and gathering and inputting figures for a clear view on profit margins.
I would consider myself a highly motivated team leader with excellent organisation skills. After years in hospitality sector I am now hoping to move into a new career role to achieve a better work life balance and achieve a career I've always a passion for. I am keen to develop my skills within a different Industry and learn all roles with potential for growth.
