I am an experienced Vibration Engineer with 20yrs+ offshore/onshore project engineering experience. Educated to MSc level with API and ASME certification
Ø Single Point of Accountability for the prevention and management of VIFF anomalies for BP’s AGT midstream assets. Specialist in VIFF and Acoustic Induced VIFF.
Ø Configuration and installation of condition monitoring systems
Ø Mentoring and developing engineers
Ø Writing proposals, budgeting, planning, co-coordinating engineers/contractors and allocating works
Ø Creation and development of department so as to provide all VIFF management services and condition monitoring services in-house removing the need for the use of 3rd party vendors
Ø Management of a team of engineers to ensure all VIFF anomalies over the AGT region are managed as per client protocols. Training of local engineers under nationalization protocols of the country
Ø SIE (Contractor) for the integrity assessment and inspection of offshore and onshore process structures.
Ø Consultant Integrity Engineer (Contractor) for the detailed integrity screening, inspection, testwork and assessment of in-service process pipework and vessels.
Ø Experienced in generating anomaly-based workpacks, configuration and installation of condition monitoring systems, performing testwork and generating high quality final technical reports.
Ø Experienced in the prioritization and management of client plant integrity issues.
Ø Onshore and offshore liaising with integrity management and inspection companies. Experience using ACET and Maximo Asset Management Software.
Ø Experienced in the development of analysis software (Languages used, VBA and MATLAB).
Ø Principle engineer for departmental development projects including but not limited to PVM (Piping Vibration Meter), Smart Insulation (RFID Technology for CUI detection) and Hazardous Area Logger (intrinsically safe data logger for Hazardous Areas).
Ø Generating high quality technical reports
Ø Meeting deadlines and Target Completion Dates
Ø Experience of ROAV (Remotely Operated Ariel Vehicles) inspections of multiple structures (Flares, Tanks, Stacks etc.)
