I have extensive experience managing contractors, supporting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, and leading diverse teams. My expertise in A3 fault finding and the use of Gate to Great tools has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement. Additionally, I have a strong desire to succeed.
One of my passions is coaching apprentices and team members on fault-finding techniques and other skills I have acquired over my 38 years in engineering. I believe that nurturing talent and sharing knowledge is crucial for the growth and success of any organization.
