My experience has been between 2 - 3 years with vulnerable people with learning disabilities and autism. I am applying for the reason that I enjoy caring for the vulnerable. I am empathetic, passionate, committed, caring, compassionate, strong work ethic , have the necessary experience needed having previously worked for several companies.
I believe care should be about promoting independence, giving choices, dignity, inclusion. Building rapport and effective communications between staff teams and the service users. Using a positive behaviour support and person centred approach to achieve the aim.
