• Placed in the field Marshall position because of being able to push and encourage the runners while they run.
• Setting up the race course at 6am before the event starts, then packing up after.
• Took on office shifts just outside London which consisted of putting the runners name, runners number, invitation letters, and events details in a envelop and placing an address tag set for each runner.
• Being the first ever job, learning discipline, consistency and experience in the event sector, and opened my eyes to the potential of hospitality and events as it was something I enjoyed doing.
