Key Account Manager - Giacom

At Giacom, I am a Key Account Manager looking after 30 accounts. When I started at Giacom I started as a basic account manager, being promoted to KAM within the first 6 months. The accounts I manage are all high spending accounts. I have many targets and performance KPI's to hit. I have to attend regular company events for our partners.
Giacom I have been able to get my MS-900 and am working towards my MS-700. I am very motivated by targets and always work to the best of my ability to achieve it. I have some phenomenal relationships with my partners and some brilliant Linkedin recommendations. I use a CRM everyday as well as all of the Microsoft stack.

At Tech Data, I am a sales account manager (internal sales executive), I manage 105 accounts and sell IT products. It is a fast paced sales environment. I did the Tech Data sales academy over a 4 week period and passed at the end with skills in IT product knowledge, personal and professional development and business acumen.
After 3 weeks of being on the phones I got moved out of the development area and went straight into managing my own account set. In the first month here I gained a 'sales performance award' for outstanding passion and being hungry for results. I have hit 100% + target every single month of managing my accounts and have great relationships with all of my customers.
I have worked slightly on new business leads here, where warm leads have been given to me and I have initiated calls and brought some of their business over to TD. I thrive in a sales environment and am very motivated to be successful.
Restaurant Manager - TGI Fridays

After a few years waitressing, I progressed into management. As a manager in my store I look after the Waiter/waitress department as well as the door host department. As a restaurant manager I have a lot of responsibilities including training and recruitment of team, guest recovery emails and letters.
I was responsible for the health and safety aspects of the business in my store. I look after my team of 30 team members and set up and run the perfect shifts. My job includes cash handling, a lot of work back of house on the computers using lots of Microsoft word and excel.
My role involves a lot of customer facing experiences, as well as lots of business admin and IT computer based work.
Waitress - TGI Fridays

At Fridays I worked as a waitress, serving food, taking orders, taking payments, running food etc. I have received many Friday's pins since I've worked there including pride, passion and personality. I received 2 head office compliments from guests, within my first month of working for the company.
I often receive letters from our director of operations rewarding me for my handwork. I worked really hard as a waitress as I loved the job! I took great pride in making sure the guest experience was one of a kind and made sure the guests needs were always put first.
