I was responsible for continuously reviewing each property's marketing strategy, identifying new ways to generate buyer interest and drive enquiries. I created engaging social media content, produced property brochures and marketing materials, and worked closely with solicitors, surveyors and clients to ensure smooth transactions and high-quality presentation.

I started at Shrigley Rose as a Sales Administrator where I managed the onboarding new property listings, arranged client appointments, carried out due diligence checks and ensured all marketing materials were completed to a high standard. After six months, I was promoted to Trainee Sales Negotiator in recognition of my ambition to grow the business and a skill in achieving creditable client satisfaction.
