During my work experience at the Montessori moments nursery, I supported the staff with children in pre-school, over the week I was there I played with the children, read to them improving their language skills and also participated in their creative play, using various toys encouraging their imagination and social interactions. I also assisted in setting up and cleaning their play areas to keep them safe. This strengthened my understanding of the early childhood development and increased my passion for working with young children.

Babysitter at Private

I babysit my little cousins, age 11 and 6, every now and then, setting them up with activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play and limiting their screen time like the parents requested. I also prepare any snacks and meals depending on how long I am there for and help maintain their routines such as their hygiene and bedtime. I also regularly update the parents in the children's progress and activities.

Customer Service at Boots (2026-06 – Present)

I currently work at Boots where I work in customer service all day, helping with customer needs and requirements. As it is flag-ship store I deal with busy environments often and have learnt how to work in a team with my colleagues to make sure every customer has a good experience.

• Assist customers on tills and put out stock to make sure everywhere looks presentable to the customer and maintain a clean and organised shop floor
• Develop strong communication, teamwork, organisation and time management skills
• Gain valuable experience working with the public
