Network Compliance Co-Ordinator - 4Com - One Lansdowne Plaza, 24B Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3NE
(2022-10)
- To correspond with predominantly early-stage customers regarding their previous telecoms provider, to advise them accordingly about the stage of their installation, advise of our standard procedures; the cessation of old services and closure of their previous accounts, all in order to assist with termination fees incurred
- To review termination charges raised by other providers, in accordance with agreements and other relevant information, ensuring they've been calculated in line with Ofcom regulations; if they've not, I'd contest the fees with the losing provider, in aim to have them reduced to a fair charge
- To determine if 4Com will reimburse the customer; this is dependent on the terms of their agreement and funds provisioned
- Arrange reimbursement by obtaining all relevant documents, liaising with the Accounts team and actioning any adjustments to the provisioned funds (recosting the salesperson, raising a goodwill gesture, or in some cases raising the rewrite of an agreement)
- To build new relationships and upkeep current relationships with other telecoms providers, to obtain discounts on terminations
- To assist the sales support and billing team on overflow, by actioning tasks raised by other departments and at their call center
- To calculate and provide early termination charges to customers wanting to leave their agreement with us and answer any queries they may have about this
