• Supervise offshore installation and commissioning of intelligent completion systems including electric permanent downhole pressure and temperature gauges (PDHG), fibre optic monitoring systems, sliding sleeves, chemical injection systems, and subsurface safety valve (SCSSV) technologies.
• Lead wellsite execution of upper completion installations, ensuring compatibility of equipment and strict adherence to engineering procedures, completion programmes, and HSE standards.
• Act as the primary Baker Hughes representative on site, serving as the focal point for operators and coordinating completion activities with drilling teams, subsea teams, and third-party contractors.
• Supervise a typical four-person downhole installation team, providing technical leadership, work planning, and operational oversight during complex offshore completion activities.
• Support multi-zone intelligent completion installations and HPHT well environments, including work on Total's Elgin and Killeen fields.
• Conduct System Integration Tests (SITs) at client facilities prior to offshore mobilisation to ensure system integrity and readiness for deployment.
• Troubleshoot downhole and subsea completion systems, including diagnostics and configuration updates to subsea equipment and control systems where required.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and job reports while ensuring full compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and industry regulations.
• Delivered installation and commissioning support on 100+ intelligent completion wells across North Sea and international operations.
