Hello, I'm Greg, a food creative living in Canterbury. A few of my hobbies include Coffee, Cheese making, Gardening in my allotment. I'm quite passionate about food and flavour. Barista, Cook/ Baker at Burgate Coffee House

This is my current employment, where I make coffee and serve customers, cakes, hot drinks, sandwiches. I also work in the kitchen here. I can really express my cooking creativity with the cakes as I have freedom to create as I wish. I make a killer brownie! Bit of an all rounder cashing up, proceeding payments maintaining quality

At Juliets Farm Shop my main role was making a variety of drinks and serving cakes. I also took the role of stock organizer, from fruit and veg, frozen goods and drinks. In addition my second role was a farm hand where I did odd jobs around the farm as well as take care of 400+ chickens daily.

At the drill hall I would wait tables, take orders, make and serve all kinds beverages from alcohol, coffee, juices. I also organized stock and stock rotation. Here I would experience long shifts from 10-13 hours and I was able to maintain quality standards throughout the day.
