Having started my career as a contractor in the banking industry, I relocated to Dubai working as a Wealth Manager for deVere in 2021. I progressed from trainee to qualified Wealth Advisor during my time with deVere, generating $1,00,000 AUM for my clients. For personal reasons, I have now relocated back to the UK and am looking for a position within an investment firm where I can continue to study towards level 4 qualification.
I started my career working for MBNA in Chester helping to review historic banking complaints to ensure the correct outcome had been reached. I then moved to Clydesdale/Yorkshire bank in 2015 were I worked until 2021. I started out as a Redress handler responsible for calculating redress due to the customer on historic PPI complaints. I was promoted to the position of Redress Process Specialist in 2016 which was a very in-depth role liaising with Senior Operations managers to ensure smooth running across the operation. I then moved to deVere in Dubai were I initially started as a trainee and progressed to Wealth Advisor within 3 months.
I obtained a Bsc (hons) degree from the university of Liverpool graduating with a 2:1 in 2013. Whilst working with deVere, I have obtained the following CISI qualifications :
