Chemist (Organic chemist/Natural products/Synthesis/Isolation/Purification)
Recently, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration to apply my experience and skills as a Chemist which I learned during the last 15 years after obtaining my chemistry Science degree. After relocating to Europe I obtained the equivalence to the European degree in chemistry, Master degree and PhD in chemical sciences with a speciality in the Design and synthesis of bioactive molecules in the development of novel agrochemicals and drugs. My Ph.D.
Sciences and Technologies obtained an International Mention Recognition and Summa Cum-Laude honour thanks to my participation in an international project as visiting student researcher. I had the opportunity to work as Post-doctorate in Universities of France and Spain. And during the last five years I am working as R&D chemist for a company in the UK developing novel antimicrobial formulations based on CO2 Hop Extracts. These years of research experience in chemistry allow me to be a proactive, communicative, highly motivated Scientist. I am used to working under pressure, either independently or as part of a team, to solve problems and achieve set goals. I have learned excellent laboratory skills in the Development, Synthesis, and Characterization of Drugs, Agrochemicals, and Natural Products compounds.
