Hafsah Abba-Gana

I am a diligent and organised individual seeking to become part of an engaging workforce to develop my collaborative skills and gain further valuable work experience. I always strive to give my best in everything I do.

I have a diverse background in customer service roles. In my volunteer experience, I managed the till, attended to customers, and sorted clothing around the shop. Additionally, I worked at a care home, where I ensured the elderly ate the correct food for their health and assisted them with basic necessities.

For a year and the half, I have been employed at a dessert shop, where I progressed to the position of supervisor. My responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing and maintaining the shop, overseeing staff performance, training new employees, and many more. I also had the opportunity to work at a marketing company as a brand representative where I enhanced my communication and confidence skills through door-to-door sales.

My creativity extends to my entrepreneurial venture, where I own a small business selling handmade crochet products. I have successfully attracted customers through social media advertising and word-of-mouth promotion.

I have a passion for helping others and believe that everyone deserves happiness and the opportunity to succeed. Helping others brings me joy and seeing them smile brightens my day.
