Work Placement - Vanity Hair and Beauty - Worsley College placement

• Delivered customer service on the salon floor, including serving drinks and washing clients' hair
• Made sure every customer had a good experience and that their needs were met
• Worked well under the guidance of stylists in a busy, fast-paced environment

Volunteer - Irlam Animal Clinic

• Worked as part of a small team to support the day-to-day running of the clinic
• Built confidence handling different social situations, including speaking with the public
• Developed cooperative working skills by completing tasks alongside co-workers

Family Responsibilities

• Regularly help care for younger siblings, including looking after them, taking them out and tidying up after them
• Shows a strong sense of responsibility and reliability outside of formal work
