An initiative-taking self-starter specialist pharmacist with a wide-ranging skill set and 7 years of experience. Self-starter with a fresh outlook and positive attitude towardschallenges presented to me, adaptableand always lookingforward to learning and developing my skill set. A senior clinical pharmacist with years of experience in hospital pharmacy focussing on cancer services. I have experience in project management and problem solving within this. Working within a team and mentoring others has also allowed me to hone my communication and interpersonal skills. Working within both the NHS and private sector of healthcare has allowed me the opportunity to work with key thought leaders in their field. Performed audits and reviewed practise and then presented results to a multidisciplinary team. I have also prepared submission paperwork for regulatory boards in anticipation of clinic-wide audit. Overall, my experience has equipped me with the required skills to transition into the pharmaceutical industry and become a key member of the team to drive a shared goal.

I have successfully completed the Master of Pharmacy course providing me with the essential skills and knowledge to begin my career. I then completed post-graduate studies in the form of the independent prescribing course, where I expanded my skills in critical analysis of scientific evidence as well as the law and ethics surrounding prescribing practice.
