I completed my Prospectus training for Ofsted, I completed two inspection reports for the EYFS sector. I use my own initiative to liaise with correct authorities and individuals within the education sector. I am self-motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic and I strive for perfection in what I do.

As an influential team member, I demonstrate the ability to gain the trust and respect of my colleagues, leading to a co-operative and effective working environment. I am eager to develop myself further and have acquired excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work competently and independently under pressure. To promote good practice, I observe lessons and give relevant feedback to the staff to enhance professional development throughout the school.

The peer monitoring observations provide very valuable information for teachers and allow me to reflect upon my own practice. I have successfully mentored student teachers and liaised with tutors at the university to give feedback and evaluate lessons. My leadership role entails- delivering safeguarding insets, reviewing, and updating policies, keeping assessment and planning files up to date, reviewing finances of the school, liaising and networking with schools in the area, parental partnerships, peer observations and monitoring, training student teachers and teaching assistants, charity work, organising excursions, whole school assemblies and ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

I taught in Key Stage 1 for three years and I am currently teaching Reception class; my duties include planning, delivering lessons, implementing the EYFS Curriculum, National Curriculum alongside the Islamic curriculum. Successfully implemented new strategies at the Independent School. EYFS Co-Ordinator and a member of the senior management team.

I was exceptionally inspired using the creative curriculum; the progression of children's learning and skills was eminent using stimulating resources and cross curricular links in all subjects. My perseverance and determination to use this approach at the independent school was welcomed by the Head teacher who gave me the responsibility to pilot this in Key stage 1. I particularly enjoy teaching literacy and have researched the work of many educators to raise literacy standards within the school.

I delivered a literacy workshop for parents which proved to be extremely beneficial. Currently, I have implemented a 'better reader' strategy at school to enhance reading skills by asking children to read and review a wide range of books. Initially I started as a teaching Assistant for a Reception class at Al -Ikhlaas Primary School. The small classes encouraged my ability to become more self-confident and pursue a career in teaching. I have worked at Al-Asr primary School from, , this was one day in a week working in a Year 1 class.

Presently, on a Friday afternoon I work in a Year 2 class at Walverden Primary school, the experience is valuable for my teaching and learning. I assist the Teacher in Phonics Assessments; Reading Assessments and I have observed the creative curriculum in practice. I am confident to use this knowledge when planning tasks and activities for the children.

It has helped me to use my own initiative to help progress children further.

A voluntary position where I assisted the Year 2 teacher, I was given the opportunity to deliver lessons. I conducted phonics assessments and reading assessments. I also helped out in the Year 1 class and Reception class. I worked very closely with the Deputy Head teacher and initiated strategies to help promote learning for children with EAL.

This was a temporary position, which involved preparing files for consultants, arranging appointments, and entering information onto a database. Files had to be prepared in advance, important results and case notes included from operations and from various hospitals around the local area.
